Khadijah Abd Rahman (Marketing Executive Director) Responsible in determining the direction of RM Travels & Tours Sdn. Bhd. in terms of its Operation as well as its Sales & Marketing. Supervising the Sales, Operation and Business Development process as a whole. Overview the integration of one department to another and responsible in ensuring that there is no work flow breakdown between the respective departments en bloc.   Approving all the business expansion plan / program that are intended to be carried out. Approving & finalizing the organization's finished product before it is declared ready for the consumers. Supporting a respective department's manager when the need arise   Karyabudi Mohd.Aris (Business Development & Communication Manager) Entrusted with responsibility to organize and strategize the organization business expansion plan. Ensuring that the organization will grow significantly at an acceptable rate while simultaneously remains competitive, relevant and compatible to the latest state of affairs.   Responsible in ensuring that the right message is efficiently & effectively channeled to the intended target audience. Handling and monitoring all the two-way traffic communication process between the organizations and the other parties, besides managing the organization's PR approach.     Jamil Norizan (Senior Sales & Operation Manager) Ensuring the daily operations go on smoothly. Generating quarterly sales forecast and spearheading the Sales & Reservation Team to meet the expected sales target. Work closely with Marketing Executive Director to brain-storming the organization's sales strategy and justifying the Organization's Sales Target.
